Let’s get specific though.  You came here for three easy steps to build instant, or semi-instant traffic for your website.  Traffic is king, not content.  Although they are both important, content doesn’t make you money, traffic does.

1.  Targeted traffic is converting traffic.  Let’s not forget that people search for things they are interested in.  Question, which one of these would make you think I was serious about making a purchase?  I could search for “Article Marketing” or “How to make money submitting articles”.  Wouldn’t you assume the second search phrase would be the more specific, or laser targeted of the search terms?

2.  Paid traffic isn’t necessarily bad traffic.  Paid traffic, albeit expensive (sometimes), can get you just the type of traffic you wanted.  Although it might be more expensive in the short term, it allows you to pay for only the type of visitors that you want.  This could save you thousands of dollars, and a lot of time in the future.

3.  Advertise!  Advertising on a popular website, blog, or search engine can get you a great deal of instant (or almost instant) traffic.
